I don’t even recognize me! I’m wearing my after glow from having kayaked yesterday for the first time, my Maui tan from May, and the confidence I had when I was a kid. Yay, me!

Just seeing this comment. 🙂 I did loose weight. I eat mostly veggies, fruit, fish, nuts, and brown rice. No gluten. No artificial ingredients. Drink water and green tea. I’ve been walking 3 to 7 miles a day. 🙂 For treats I eat chocolate and ice cream. 🙂 Hugs to you. Hope all is well. Sam
